consultation and communication play an important part in our role as architects.  from working with private clients to develop individual briefs to full scale consultation with other designers, consultants, planners, communities and neighbours, we are always conscious of the effect and place of our work in the real world.  consultation helps us to understand what people need their buildings for; it also helps us explain what the built environment needs from us.
