the design for the interior created a flexible space; a welcoming and comfortable haven from the street outside, with enough openness to accommodate a large crowd standing or dancing.  emphasis was placed on creating space for interaction between the dancing and the seated – fixed seating was provided at bar stool level to maintain eye-level contact with those on the dancefloor.  boothed seating with high leather backrests line the walls to either side of the dancefloor, and an asymmetric canopy above the dancefloor hides unsightly roof structure, while forming part of the LED lighting installation which allows elaborate lighting scenarios which alter the mood and character of the interior.
