externally, extensive stone repair and renewal were required to bring the property into line with NHBC warrantable standards, and landscaping elements such as new boundary railings, garden screens and a communal bin store were designed as complimentary additions to the setting of this listed building.  the reopening of the original school entrances lends a whimsical touch to the rather stern exterior.
