in late 2005, morgan mcdonnell were invited to join bl developments’ project team to redevelop the shrubhill bus depot just off leith walk in edinburgh. morgan mcdonnell worked with broadway mlayan and cfp architects to achieve a planning consent for the entire site within twelve months.  as well as liasing on the masterplan for the site as a whole, morgan mcdonnell were charged with devising plans for the redevelopment of the listed tram sheds to the north of the site.
