53-57 Queen Street in Edinburgh Show Flat Completed
Posted on April 2, 2015 by admin
These grade A listed Georgian townhouses and tenements, in the centre of the Edinburgh New Town, are being converted from offices into sixteen bespoke luxury flats. All the flats overlook Queen Street Gardens with the top storey flats affording uninterrupted views from the main living areas and master bedrooms over North Edinburgh to the Firth of Forth.
Period features combined with high quality contemporary finishes and fittings create a modern look while respecting the historical heritage. The removal of unsympathetic extensions & infills at the rear of the property allow for contemporary new courtyards that enhance the amenity of the lower ground floor flats and bridges have been added to ground floors flats to provide access to the rear gardens.
